Sanctuary Care & Support Services provides disability support services in the Hawkesbury, Lower Blue Mountains, Penrith, and Surrounds.

Meet Traci

She's an energetic Mum of three and also has two granddaughters who she loves spending time with. 
Traci has spent the past 12 years in the non profit sector and has a background in early childhood education, focused on children with special needs. 
For the last several years Traci has been the program coordinator for a not for profit organisation in Fiji! Where she has worked closely with children and families affected by poverty, disabilities and chronic illnesses. 
She loves getting amongst the action, so you'll be sure to find her having just as much fun as the participants whenever you see her.

Meet Megan

She's a doer! On the weekends you will find her at a sporting field with one or both of her young boys, or at home looking after her alpacas, sheep, chickens, small horses and her dog. 
Megan has worked in the community sector for 30 years and has focused on aged and disability services for the last 17 years. 
Her experience has included being a general manager of several disability companies, both large and small NDIS businesses. 
Her passion is working with families to make sure the clients needs are met and the family is included.

Welcome to the Sanctuary Family

Sanctuary Care and Support Services commenced in March 2024. Our Owners/Directors/Doers are Megan & Traci. They are both mothers of school aged children and grew up in the Hawkesbury. They met across the kindergarten table while teaching reading in their children's class. Both of our Doers are passionate about our Participants, Families and Staff. 

  • Staff are hand picked to be the best fit for our participants and families

  • Participants are encouraged to have choice and control over their services and supports and staffing

  • Families are the 24/7 carers and we appreciate they know their situation better than anyone else.
